Ride our custom "Jungle Mobile" 2.5 kms. through the lush jungle to our drop-off point. Your guide will lead you on a short walk down the Mayan trails to the entrance of Tak Be Ha (The Place of Hidden Waters). Here you will descend into the majestic, water ringed cave chamber where you will feel the thrill of knowing you are in a special place where few have been before.
Take your time and explore the beauty of this hidden, secret world. Your guide will explain to you the geological process that over the millennia have created this amazing underground environment. Then, when the crystal-clear waters of the world's longest underwater cave beckon, put on your snorkel gear and lose yourself among the underwater limestone formations of columns and stalactite gardens. After a short, 10-minute ride in the jungle mobile you will come upon the entrance to Hilario's Well, its simple vertical descent belying the hidden world that await below. Once inside, the magic and majesty of this cenote begin to take effect immediately as you look around at the time-etched formations of stalactites and flowstone.
Upon entering the crystal clear waters for this one and one half hour, guided snorkeling adventure, you'll discover the intense beauty shimmering just below the waterline. Hilario's Well and its densely packed stalactite, stalagmite, and flowstone formations have created an awesome spectacle out of the mysteries of geology and nature. Floating along, you'll wind your way through this highly decorated, labyrinthine underground waterway and truly lose yourself within its incredible beauty, the outside world seeming only a distant memory.
