I made our reservations online and even got quick responses to my email questions. The visit was definitely the highlight of our vacation. We will return and arrive at opening so we can spend ALL DAY there! Our 10 y/o loved the bikes and our 7 y/o zip lined into the Cenotes 3 times! And we all did the jungle zip line 3 times. One worker even swam our 7 y/o on his back to the "dock" twice since she couldn''t touch the bottom of the Cenote. And when she decided she wasn''t happy with the second cenote the staff, talked to her and took it slow to help her feel secure. Everyone was great, they used good safety measures and made you feel secure in the activities. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, exciting day. Scott family, Modesto, CA USA

SO MUCH FUN!! We had a great time! I took two grandmas and three kidsages 5, 9 and 12. Everyone had a great time. The staff was absolutelywonderful they made us feel so welcome and they were very professional.My five year old zip lined into the cenote 3 times! I''ll be brief: our 5.5 hours at Hidden Worlds was by far the highlightof our week in the Cancun area in Nov 08. I was very happy w/the staff,the activities, EVERYTHING. Wish we had got there earlier so I couldhave repeated the zipline into the cenote (splashdown), and maybesnorkeled again. $60 VERY well spent. Gary Buchler, Signal Hill, CA US
From the moment we stepped out of our car at Hidden Worlds we foundourselves welcomed with open arms. The staff at the front desk washelpful and everyone was happy and joking. Our buggy driver "skinnyman" had more energy and excitment than any man three times his weight.All the staff at the sky bikes and zip lines made us feel safe andsecure as we experienced the Mayan jungle from within the trees. Thesnorkeling in the cenotes was like being in a cathedral of stalagmitesand stalagtites. The staff in the church cenote was great and even heldthe hand of one woman who couldn''t swim so she could enjoy themagnificent sights.David at the rappeling cenote explained the formations and blew awayour expectations by taking us on a second tour showing us more of thefeatures at the back of the cave.The crew at the rappeling hole was great beyond words. They even got mywife to rappel and on top of that enjoy it.This was the most wonderful adventure we have experienced in Mexico andwe all couldn''t stop laughing and talking about all the fun we had.We hope to visit again soon.11-15-08 The Bacon Family, Toledo, OR US
My fiance and I visited Hidden Worlds in mid September 2008 and all wehave to say is that it was one of the most funniest and greatest placesin the Yucatan Peninsula! We just returned from our vacation, on October 24th /08 Our group of 6 went to Hidden Worlds. Amazing! Each of us had our own favorite parts but all had a blast. My favorite was the zip line and the splashdown. Edward and the rest of the quides were alot of fun and they made each activity very exciting. My Husband and I visited Hidden Worlds on Oct. 3/08. It was definitely a highlight of our vacation. We had been bumped from Dreams Tulum to Secrets Silversands (an hour away)and it was a little tricky getting to Hidden Worlds (1/2 the ride by taxi, then 1/2 the ride by Hidden Worlds Van to get there.... Colectivo Van and Taxi back) but it was WELL WORTH IT! We just wish we could have stayed longer! We loved it. I am afraid of heights and still did it all with absolutely no issues. Skycycling, rapelling, Ziplining through the Jungle and Cenote along with Snorkeling. This was won of the most fun excursions we have had. The staff were phenomenal. Very informative and so very friendly. We definitely would go back. We were so happy to be able to buy the DVD of our excursion as it is so hard to take pictures yourself and they took some amazing shots! Thanks Hidden Worlds! My husband and I along with our daughter and granddaughter visited your beautiful jungle last week. We truly had the most memorable day of our week in Mexico. Our vacation was perfect in every way but our day spent with you was the BEST EVER! Our age range is 62 yrs to 5 yrs. And we all participated in everything. We were surprised that the 5 yr old had the strength to move the Sky cycle herself but she didn’t have a problem. I would add a special thanks to Milo & the Skinny man as they were extra friendly and took special care in preparing Emily, our 5 year old to make certain everything was customized to her size for safely. Because the surroundings were so beautiful even the height of the tree tops wasn’t scary. We were all captivated by the beauty. Next were the Cenotes, something we have only seen in pictures until now. Being a little claustrophobic I was apprehensive about one particular snorkeling area, but the area being lighted allowed me to enjoy this along with the others. I think we all liked the 600 ft. zip line the most. Because everything is so organized there was never a wait in line. There was only one group of about 4 people that were going the same pace. Emily (5 yr old) went back to the zip line, the Cenote splash down as well as the Rappel about 4 more times each before we left. And of course the Jungle buggies that took of into the jungle and back out were also a hit. Everything was better than we expected and the price for an all day Ultimate Adventure Package was so affordable. To top everything off your photographer took over 100 pictures of only us, put them on a cd, (which allows us to make our pictures even at Wal-Mart) and sold them for a nominal fee. Sinceramente no entiendo como puede ser que un parque tan fantásticon no tenga mayor promoción y publicidad. Con unos amigos estuviemos allí el 13 de Octubre pasado, y sin lugar a dudas fue la mejor experiencia de nuestras vacaciones. Creo que es un lugar que todavía no ha descubierto el mundo turístico. We went to Hidden Worlds on 8/2/08 and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We loved every minute of our adventure, especially the skycycle and the snorkeling! Hi to Milo who is a sweetie! But all the staff was wonderful! Make sure you bring $25 for your picture CD, it is worth every penny! Everyone we show the picutres to ask about the skycycle, which was awesome! Buddy...We have lived part-time south of Playa del Carmen for 11 years. This is by far our best "adventure". We took our kids and grandkids...7 in all from 9 to 66. We all did everything and loved it. We had snorkled Dos Ojos before and it was great but this was a GREAT ADVENTURE!! Kids loved Zip lines and Sky Cycles best. What an adventure! Our family loved it. I would recommend getting there early. We got there around noon and took our time because it was so awesome! We got to do everything, but ran out of time to do the zipline twice. We would''ve done it numerous times if we could. The wonderful staff had to close up that area at 4:30pm. GO! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! This was one of the highlights of our vacation. It was a thrill a minute. The buggy ride in was the best, it is a lot of fun and the buggies are really cool. The canopy ride and the zip lines are a blast, and the cenote'' are a great way to cool off. This place requires a fair amount of physical exertion, but is well worth it. GREAT! What an amazing experience! Don''t change the trip in the buggies to get in - that''s just a great way to start! We got to hidden worlds after the rain - didn''t spoil anything and probably made the whole day even more fun! Expect to get wet and enjoy it! Make sure you''ve got loads of bug spray as this is proper jungle - all the better for it! Thanks to all the staff! Even took us back to the hotel! What a way to spend our anniversary! It was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 5 people and i were taken away with the beauty of all of the jungle. My son''s favorite part was the zip line into the water.I loved the cave and snorkeling. All the staff was wonderful and helpful. I will recommend this to all my friends and I would do this again. Part of our group (6 of us)went to Hidden Worlds and the excursion was wonderful and well worth the money! Hidden Worlds had a couple of photographers taking photos of everyone. I paid $25 for a photo cd and was glad I did. In addition to taking photos of our family doing the activities, they included a lot of extra photos indicative of Riveria Maya. My family (childeren 14 and 11) really enjoyed the day we spent at the park. Definitely recommended for adventure and activity with 2 terrific cenote experiences. The cenotes are THE PERFECT escape from the sun and heat of the Mayan Peninsula. The staff were helpful and courteous and we felt safe with their guidance and the equiptment provided. What a great adventure! Not too rugged and not too tame. I took some great aerial video through jungle and through caves- yes the sky cycle goes through caves in addition to jungle tops. The cycling is mildly strenous and the cave snorkeling is cool. The staff is courteous, witty and informative. Mike, Austin, TX, USA

We were at Hiddenworlds in March of 2008. It was one of the most fantastic experiences our family has had. We rode the skycycle and went cave snorkeling. The staff was fantastic and our guide was amazing. I would recommend Hiddenworlds to everyone. We visited the hidden worlds on 4/10/08 and it was wonderful. The staff were awesome and very friendly and alot of fun. The pictures on the CD are incredible and the snorkeling, skycyle and zipline were so much fun. I would recommend this place to everyone. Is there a place I can write a good review for you all. I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had when we visited Hidden Worlds. Your staff was great. The guys at the zip line, rappelling and splashdown Cenote Zip-line (my daughters favorite thing she did on our whole trip!!) showed us a great time. The gentleman who showed us around snorkeling was awesome comforting and helping my daughter, who was very nervous. I myself enjoyed the SkyCycle Canopy Ride, hi to Milo ("my love" as he called himself). The food was offered was feshly cooked and yummy. There was not one thing we did not enjoy. My family and I just spent the day at your establishment and I just wanted to let people know how satisfied my entire family was, how hesitant I was initially, taking my 2 daughters, 4 and 7, but found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects concerning safety.
All of the staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure our day was enjoyable.
